Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing questions work for VaelDrop paid subscriptions.
VaelDrop sells access to hosted business software for secure client file intake, upload requests, reminders, templates, dashboards, and related workflow features. We want billing to be clear and fair, while also keeping the service sustainable for active customers.

If a free trial is offered, you can evaluate VaelDrop during the trial period before the first subscription charge. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.
Once a paid subscription begins, the plan remains active for the billing period you selected unless it is canceled, changed, or terminated under our Terms of Service.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing flow we provide or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the product, required by law, or handled differently by our payment provider.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve a full or partial refund when the situation is fair, verifiable, and consistent with payment provider rules and applicable law.

Unless required by law, the following charges are generally not refundable because VaelDrop subscription access, infrastructure, support, and workflow capacity are made available during the billing period.

To request a refund, email admin@vaeldrop.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email, charge date, plan, invoice or order reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
We usually review refund requests within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information so we can locate the payment and understand what happened.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider or merchant of record. Processing time can vary by provider, bank, card network, and country, but refunds commonly take 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Taxes, currency conversion, card-network fees, and bank fees may be handled by the payment provider or your financial institution and may not be fully controlled by VaelDrop.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may temporarily restrict our ability to issue a direct refund while the payment provider reviews the dispute.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the product or customer communications.
